Welcome to Gharsob. By using our platform you agree to these terms of service. If you do not agree with the terms, you should not use the service. These terms apply between you as a user and Gharsob as the service provider.

Certain features require an account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You may not share your account with other individuals. You must be at least 16 years old to create an account, or have parental consent.

You agree not to: use the platform for illegal purposes, disrupt or overload the system, attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or data, post offensive, abusive or illegal content, or use automated tools (such as bots or scrapers) without express permission.

Organizers are responsible for ensuring their tournaments, including rules, participants and results, comply with applicable laws and guidelines. Gharsob is not responsible for the content or conduct of tournaments. Organizers agree to handle participant data in accordance with applicable data protection regulations.

Team captains and team administrators are responsible for ensuring that players on their teams have consented to their data being processed on the platform. Information about players under 18 may only be handled with parental consent.

Users are responsible for ensuring that reported match results are accurate. Knowingly submitting false results may lead to account suspension. Organizers have the right to adjust or invalidate results as needed.

You retain ownership of content you post on the platform. By posting content, you grant Gharsob a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display and distribute the content within the platform. You warrant that the content does not infringe on third-party rights.

The platform's design, code, trademarks and graphical elements belong to Gharsob. You may not copy, modify, distribute or create derivative works based on the platform without express written permission.

We currently do not process any payments through the platform. If payment features are introduced in the future, specific payment terms will apply. These terms will be communicated in advance and require your acceptance before taking effect.

Gharsob provides the platform "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for direct or indirect damages arising from the use of the platform, including but not limited to data loss, service interruption or harm from third-party content. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

We reserve the right to terminate or restrict your account for violation of these terms, illegal activity or other valid reasons. You may terminate your account at any time via settings. Upon termination, your data will be deleted or anonymized in accordance with our privacy policy.

These terms may be updated from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or notice on the website. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
